Jamie Douraghy


crew1Jamie Douraghy is a serial entrepreneur and founder of several companies including Artisan Creative a digital staffing firm. Most recently, he founded LifeWorkIntegration to help entrepreneurs “Discover their Why, Improve their How and Develop Who they are” and is a certified WHY coach.

Jamie also cofounded Alibi Entertainment which produced The Intervention and launched Hollywoodonset.com. In 1997 Jamie co-founded Hyperwerks, an independent graphic novel publisher, where they created the successful Deity series which was published by Image Comics. In 2006 their book Rostam was a winner of the Persian Golden Lioness Award given by the World Academy of Art, Literature, and Media (WAALM) in Budapest, Hungary.

Jamie has been a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) since 2004 and is the current chair for EO’s Global Growth Team focusing on new chapter launches in Africa, China and South America. In May 2015 Jamie was honored to receive the EO Volunteer of the Year award.

Jamie is a three-time National Fencing Champion, twice in the 40+ category and most recently in the 50+ in 2015. He is also a five-time participant at the Veteran World Fencing Championships.  He received a Bachelors Degree in French from Syracuse University and a Masters in International Relations from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.

Jamie has been married to his wife Katty for 21 years. He lives in Los Angeles, California, and believes in the freedom that an integrated life brings.
